We value your business and want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.  We carefully hand select quality products at fair price points as we aim to provide you, our customer, the best products available for the price.  Should our product fail to meet your expectations, simply return the item and we will gladly issue you a refund minus shipping fees, within 30 days of purchase.    (Some restrictions apply - see below)

1.  Complete the return/exchange form below. If product is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service department at 204-663-7425 or email info@heritagekids.ca.

Place item(s) being returned in its original packaging, including instructions, accessories and internal packaging. Items must be in resalable condition. If packaging is damaged, the item is not returnable. 

Pack item(s) well in an appropriate size box. Include a copy of your packing slip or order in the return. Send the package to the following address by Canada Post or your preferred courier. Keep a record of your tracking number. You will be responsible for the return shipping charges.

Custom furniture orders are subject to a standard 40% restocking fee.
Seasonal merchandise (i.e. Christmas) becomes final sale following the holiday.
Sale items and personalized items are are not returnable.
